Diane Rossomando earned her certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America, where she is now an Associate Professor. After working as a pastry chef at numerous restaurants, she taught as a pastry instructor at The French Culinary Institute in New York City and the City University of New York. She earned a gold medal in Special Occasion Cakes from the Société Culinaire Philanthropique Salon of Culinary Art in 2013.
