This fat-free vinaigrette is a popular dressing on the salad bar at Canyon Ranch spas. Try it on fresh greens, on roasted squash, or use it as a marinade for Canyon Ranch's Spinach Salad with Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette.

Ingredients

2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cinnamon stick.

    Step 2

    Can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
