1 oz. sweet vermouth
3 oz. club soda
2 dashes of orange bitters
  Orange twist (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Pour sherry and vermouth into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice, followed by club soda. Top with bitters and garnish with orange twist.
