Keema, a ground meat stew originating on the Indian subcontinent, is traditionally served solo or used to stuff samosas and naan. Here, associate food editor Rachel Gurjar uses it as a taco filling, fragrant with ground lamb, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and spices.
