1 teaspoon olive oil
3 small zucchini, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in heavy medium nonstick skillet. Add zucchini, 1 tablespoon basil and garlic and stir-fry until zucchini is just tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining basil.
