Ingredients

2/3 cup fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped
Superfine sugar to taste
1/2 cup crushed ice
Sprig fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Combine the rum, pineapple and sugar in an electric blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Put the ice into a goblet and add the liquor. Decorate with the mint.
