Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried tomatoes packed in oil, minced
1 tablespoon drained bottled capers, minced
1 tablespoon minced pitted drained Kalamata or other brine-curd black olives
2 tablespoons water, or enough to thin dressing to desired consistency
