Ingredients

1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup finely chopped mixed tender herbs (such as basil, chives, parsley, and/or tarragon)
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir garlic, mayonnaise, herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt and pepper.

    Do ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
