1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
3 or 4 ice cubes
Twist lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Stir the sherry and vermouth with the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.
