You won't be sorry with tequila, grapefruit, and Campari. This cocktail was created by Katie Stipe at the Flatiron Lounge in New York.

    Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

2 ounces blanco tequila
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
½ ounce Campari
½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Lime wheel (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

    Step 2

    Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
