This beverage taste great without the gin. Simply leave it out or substitute it with sparkling water. OPTION: For a more coffee forward beverage add 2 packets of Starbucks VIA®.

Ingredients

1 packet Starbucks VIA®
4 Lemonade
2 teaspoons Sugar
1/2 cup Cucumber, peeled, seeded & grated
1 cup Gin
1 cup Mint
Ice

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Dissolve Starbucks VIA® with a tablespoon of hot water in a pitcher.

    Step 2

    Add lemonade, sugar, cucumber, gin and mint to pitcher.

    Step 3

    Let chill for several hours.

    Step 4

    To serve, add ice to glasses and pour beverage over the top.
