Ingredients

1lb Rotini or Ziti
Chicken:
1lb boneless chicke brest cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2tbsp butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4tsp each chili powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper and black pepper
Sauce:
4tbsp butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup flour
1tbsp salt
1/4tsp each chili powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper and black pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup half & half
3/4 cup grated cheese
8oz shredded colby jack cheese
3 jalapeno peppers sliced

Preparation

  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over med heat. Add garlic, spices and chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, set aside.

    Cook Pasta until done and drain.

    Over med heat. Melt 4tbsp butter in skillet. Add garlic and spices. Stir in flour a little at a time. Slowly pour in milk and half & half stirring until creamy. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Mix in peppers and chicken. Add to pasta.
