This spin on the frozen margarita adds a sweet–tart flavor with frozen raspberries and a hint of spiciness from fresh ginger.

Ingredients

3 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup tequila blanco
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
4 (1/4-inch-thick) lime wheels (optional)
Kosher salt (optional)

Preparation

    Blend raspberries, tequila, lime juice, agave, ginger, and 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth.

    Step 2

    If desired, rub rims of old-fashioned or rocks glasses with lime; dip rims in salt. Divide cocktail among glasses and serve with lime wheels, if using.
