Ingredients

1 1/2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup sliced peaches plus additional slices for garnish
2 ounces (1/4 cup) peach schnapps, or to taste
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chilled club soda

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend ice cream and 1/2 cup sliced peaches until smooth but still thick and pour into 2 chilled stemmed glasses. Add schnapps and club soda. Garnish with additional peach slices.
