Ingredients

4 fresh sweet cherries, halved, pitted
¼ of a lemon
¼ of a lime
5–6 fresh mint leaves
½ ounce simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 ounces dark rum
Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle cherries, lemon and lime wedges, mint leaves, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Add rum and stir to combine.
